Re: Ryanair Amsterdam (Schiphol) to Dublin
That's fab! I flew out of that very gate with Flybe in September. It's a bit of a walk! We also used the Tarmac. I hope Amsterdam expands for Ryanair.

Re: Ryanair backs Cork-US flights bid
I think what is more likely is Ruanair feeding into this service. My opinion is Ryanair have give up chasing that transatlantic dream and I foresee them feeding into aer lingus etc

they are planning to use the 737 max. This easily reaches Boston from Cork.

Re: Ryanair backs Cork-US flights bid
Not surprising. Ryanair would be a great feeder onto these services. Plus, I think they're planning on 737 trans Atlantic ops from cork. Which itself would be cool.

Seems mad really considering Edi/Gla to the canaries is basically flying to Boston from the uk and the fares the legacies have on the Atlantic is mad.

Re: Poland. Chopin and Modlin airport.
I think the brand would get confusing if you had two business models running separately. The move upward to the 'hybrid' low cost business focused is tried and tested. Only downside is the fares creep up. I think our days of penny flights are never to return.

Re: Big News at FR: Transfer Trials.
Very big news indeed!!
This could be amazing. As the Ryanair network is so expansive, all you need to do is a one stop through a big base and you could get anywhere, would be really good for Dublin, Charleroi etc aswell as stansted. There are lots of places served from say Dublin that isn't from ...
