My experience - they're about the same.
+FR = bigger hand luggage
+W6 = already mentioned discount program, 30 days free of charge check-in, more space for legs in A320 comparing to B738 (it might be just my impression),

All my flights were for pleasure - started to use Ryanair and later also Wizz) when they came to Lithuania

Well, an airport is in use from Soviet occupation times, it serves Palanga - Lithuanian main sea resort and Klaipeda - a harbour (in 25 km distance).
One of the reasons, why it was not in use after regaining independence in 1990 - lack of compliance with Schengen border crossing regimen, another one ...
