Finally got the image to work!
This is currently the latest Base Map available, updated by Anna.aero
Otherwise for a more accurate one visit the Ryanair website.
I don't like their map anymore, it's compulsory to select an airport.
You can't view the map/destinations without selecting departure airport.

They use Google Maps and the map looks up your nearest airport and there is no way to change it. Very disappointing!

Their old one was so much better because it didn't automatically select an airport.
Its really frustrating
because It is impossible to get a whole overview of ALL their bases and destinations. 
Everything is changing so quickly!
