extra legroom

Post by caerfryn » 09 Oct 2016, 19:56

Hi
I have just booked 2 seats.
I have requested assistance through airport and onto plane and have stated that the disabilities would require a little extra legroom.
Ryanair have been very responsive (via chat line) and have given us seats in row 31 outbound and row 4 inbound. I have looked on seating plans and these come up as premier seats but do not state extra pitch/legroom.
Does anyone have real knowledge of this ?

regards
KJ

During safety regulations people that require assistance can not sit on the emergency exits, wich are the seats with extra leg room. I think this is why they put you on row 31 and row 4.

Hello KJ,
Yes they are the same pitch as others. (I think its 28")
They probably placed you there so you are as close as possible to the doors. So you can get in and out first.

Regards.
