flying with 17?

Hello, my daughter is flying in 2 weeks from germany to Portugal with someone +18.
for coming back she comes alone without someone +18.
the question is: can my daughter (17) travel alone with ryanair?

Yes. Of course she can.

You may travel alone when you are >15.

An adult ticket must be booked.

Not really related but Ryanair's age is higher than all the other airlines such as,
Easyjet >13
Wizz Air >13
Norwegian ages 5-11 mandatory unaccompanied minor service 12-15 optional can travel alone
Jet 2 > 13

Yes that is true.
Ryanair is one of the only airlines that doesn't allow minors (<16 in this case) to travel alone nor accompanied.

So anyone which is 16 or older travels alone as they've bought an adult ticket.

Just a similar follow up question, can i book a ticket for my son if he will be 16 on the flying out date? (but at time of booking is 15)

Yes in theory. As long as he is 16 or older on the day of flying it should be fine.

I'm not too sure if it will accept the booking as an adult since he is still 15.
