All security staff are to hold a strike at all Portuguese airports from 13 - 17 May. Local media reports say that we should arrive at the airport three hours earlier than normal. I cannot see the point of this if the checkin desks only open two hours before a flight. The reports also suggest keeping an eye on the airline website. There is nothing on the Ryanair website nor on the website for the operator of Portugal's airports.
This is an ongoing dispute in Portugal.
Has anybody any previous experience of this and can tell me if under these circumstances Ryanair open their desks early?
Thanks
