Adding screen Captures + Live Stock price

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to add a screen capture on to a reply or an announcement.
I can see that you can add an image from an URL, but what if its a file on your PC?

Also, any progress on trying to add FR's LIVE Stock price on the forum. I think #RyanairBristol found a way to do it?

Still working on it but don`t seem to have an answer yet. Anyone know about javascript?
I saw this code on the FR corporate website as they have live stock price.
I have been playing with it but have not got it to work. Been a little busy recently but will investigate more tomorrow.

I tried to embed this image of a stock website. But I do not know if it will change. I doubt it, will have to see.

Its working.
I can`t believe it really thought it wouldn`t. Think the next problem is where this will live. A post? Can a moderator pin a post?
I will bring up the ISE and London now as this is NASDAQ only. Does seem a dely though in the image. Gonna play around with it now see what its limitations are. Will have to post though. Its in the off topic section

You can use the tinypic uploader to upload your screen capture(s) or pictures and place the link in the post. In the future I will see if it's possible to upload pictures directly to the forum.

I don't think the stock-exchange is working because it says yesterdays date.
So it's not live linked to the online price??
Any ideas...

Might be due to that NASDAQ closes on the weekend because the day before it changed from 14 April to 15. If it does not change tomorrow then it doesn`t, not sure yet though.
