BRU - Brussels Airport - Zaventem (Belgium)

Brussels Airport (BRU) is the main airport for Brussels. Ryanair has now set base at BRU (from 27 February 2014).
Not to be confused with Brussels South Charleroi airport (CRL), which is the low-cost airport used by Ryanair in Belgium.

Transportation :
Downtown Brussels is some 10 km away.
There are trains and buses, and of course taxis.

The railway station is at level -1 of the terminal.
There are up to 4 trains/hour to Brussels North, Central, Midi stations. Also direct trains to many other destinations.
From Airport to Central : 17 minutes; price is 8,50 euros single.

Buses :
The bus station is at level 0 Under the terminal.
There are "De Lijn" buses to many destinations in and out of Brussels. See :

There is one "STIB-MIVB" line to the European Quarter (and the metro station "Schuman"); at least 25 minutes, more during the rush hours; price is 4 euros at the vending machines, 6 euros by the driver.
