I booked a flight fr8095 for an 0700 departure time on 13 October 2023 to depart in May 29 2024. On looking at my booking one day I discovered the flight number and departure time had been changed to fr8195 at 13.55 ( very cleverly 5 mins below their 5 hr threshold) Ryanair did not inform me of this change although they have all my details so it was sometime after that I discovered the changes. My question is - should I be offered a full refund as they have actually cancelled the flight I booked fr8095 and put me on a different flight fr8195 ( which now has a departure time of 1800 hrs. 11 hours after the flight I booked
I have submitted requests for a refund but have been told no way
