registration photo not going well

Hi

I hope someone can help.

I am trying to complete the online registration using my webcam to photograph my passport. I am now at attempt no. 63. Every single time I get a 'cannot identify document' message.

Any tips anyone?

Hi Dave, webcams usually have a really low resolution, that's why it won't work. I suggest you to use your phone camera to make this photograph and upload it from your phone.
